  We were helped by sales person Ian Dial in the store. He was VERY helpful and not pushy about the sale. He answered our questions and was quick in making the order of our purchased furniture. After we got home and realized a piece of furniture would not fit properly we called Ian. He stayed late to make the necessary changes and update our order for us. When the furniture was delivered, a piece arrived damaged. It was noticed right away by one of the delivery people and they removed and reordered the item for me immediately. From start to finish our experience with RC Willey has been great. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, respectful, professional and helpful.

  During our last two visits, we were helped by sales associate Casey Marker. Each visit we spent a long time at the store and ended up purchasing a total of 4 items, including a couch and a small cabinet. Casey was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout our visits and arranged the delivery of our items to work with our busy schedules. At the time of delivery, two out of the four items were damaged in transit. We contacted Casey and he immediately took care of scheduling replacement items including switching the couch model to a different one at our request. He went out of his way to arrange the new delivery for the next business day! We love the quality and value of the items. We will definitely look for Casey to help us next time we shop at R.C. Willey.

  Came in to the store and bought a small dining room table and a bench, could have carried out both of them myself easily, but the clearance section salesman said to go wait in the pickup by the loading dock and someone would bring them both out to me shortly. 20 minutes later after the kids started going crazy in the car, I went in to the loading office where the lady said she had no idea who I was and that I was waiting for something to be brought out. She said I should have come and talked with her first and that the employee must have not known about it. I gave her the receipt and she said someone would bring the table and bench out shortly. I WAS THE ONLY CAR AT THIS POINT WAITING AT THE DOCK. 30 MINUTES LATER I WAS STILL SITTING THERE WAITING FOR THE TABLE AND BENCH. The clearance section is right next to the loading dock. I tried to call the manager from the car, waited on hold for 5 minutes and then the call dropped. I called again and the lady refused to transfer me to a manager, told me to sit tight and when the table and bench are found someone will be sure to bring them out. At this point it has been over an hour since I paid for the the table and chairs. Two more cars came, loaded their stuff and left and I am still siting at the loading dock without a table and chairs. Not coming back to this location. EVER!!!!

  I think it's got the best selection of furniture in Davis County. And it's clean and nice and good finds occasionally in their clearance section. The other great thing is they have most of their inventory in stock so you'll get what you ordered in 3 days. We really liked Wayne as a sales guy to help.
